Capricornia Division is an organisation working for the improvement of Primary Health Care in Capricornia. The Board of Directors and Division staff believe the most effective way to achieve our goals is by the involvement of all of our members. For this reason, the Division encourages GPs, practice staff and local health professionals to become members of the Division.

Becoming a Member

• Joining - You can become a financial member of the Division at any time of the year. Complete the relevant Membership Application Form (refer to Membership Categories) and return to the Division with payment of your Membership fee. Your application will be assessed and approved by the Board of Directors, in accordance with our Association Rules at the next available Board meeting.

NB. Renewing your Membership - If you take out an annual subscription you will automatically receive a renewal notice in December.
