Kaeren joined the Division in November 2007 and in her role as receptionist assists GPs and Practice Staff with their enquiries and looks after the MAHS and CAMHP referrals for the Division. Kaeren previously worked for a number of years at St Joseph's School Park Avenue as Secretary to the Principal and School Administration Officer. Prior to that she was employed by Central Queensland University.
