Samatha Bailey joined the Division team in January 2008 in the new position of Operations Manager. She has relocated from Perth where she worked in the WA Health Reform team coordinating the completion and approval of business cases for all infrastructure projects included in WA Health's infrastructure program. Samatha joined the Royal Australian Navy in 1997 where she completed a Diploma of Business (Human Resources).
